| Your personal resume writer will conduct a one-on-one interview with you to draw out all pertinent information necessary to ensure your professionally written resume provides you with a competitive edge in the job market. Following the interview, and using your previously written resume, if available, your personal resume writer will create a draft of your documents. |
| Before sending your resume and/or cover letter back to you for approval, your resume writer will forward the documents to our HR specialist who will provide a HR Review strictly based on the perspective of hiring officials. After modifying your document(s) accordingly, your personal writer will send the documents to you for approval. |
| As soon as you return your resume and/or cover letter, your writer will incorporate any changes indicated and send the documents back to you for final approval. Once you have given your final approval, your writer will forward the documents to a proofreader for a Content Review. This final step will look for any grammatical errors, which could disqualify your application for a position before a hiring official has a chance to exam your skills and experience. |
